On 10 November 2011, Apple has released firmware updates for AirPort Base Station and Time Machine. Such updates were also released for Camera Raw and Macbook Pro. Many issues with the earlier versions have been fixed in the new versions.
The Time Machine and AirPort Base Station have been update to version 7.6. The new version issues a fix with performance on overlapping wireless networks, AirPlay audio streaming and configuration of multiple entries for DNS servers.
The Macbook Pro has been updated to firmware version 1.5. It fixes the issues of random shutdown whenever there was heavy load. If battery is not sufficiently charged, due to heavy load, Macbook Pro could shut down all of a sudden. According to Apple, this would not happen now.
The firmware update released for Camera Raw was Compatibility Update 3.9. This brings cameras with Raw support to Aperture 3 and iPhoto 11. The cameras that are supported are Nikon 1 J1, Nikon 1 V1, Nikon COOLPIX P7100, Olympus PEN E-PL1s, Olympus PEN E-PL3, Olympus PEN E-PM1, Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FZ150, Sony Alpha NEX-5N, Sony Alpha SLT-A65 and Sony Alpha SLT-A77.
