Apple has already seeded two builds of OS X 10.7.3 to developers, with the second one being seeded last week.
However, now Apple has seeded another Build of OS X 10.7.3 to the developers.
The build, number 11D50, has come after 11D46. The seed notes cite no known issues and have asked developers to focus on iCloud Document storage, Address Book, iCal, Mail, Spotlight, and Safari.
When it comes to Apple’s release cycle of developer builds, sometimes, curiosity would get the best of us as this release is the sixth 10.7.3 developer build without any known issues. OS X builds would have been released by this point in their development. That is why, it is unclear if Apple has secret plans to coincide with the public release of 10.7.3 or if they are merely taking extra precautions to ensure stability.
Following the trend of past builds, the size of 11D50 is bigger than 11D46. It is 997.01 MB while the size of 11D46 was 996.98 MB.
As with most Apple software updates, the date for general availability is not yet known. However, with seemingly small changes between builds, the release can be expected soon. If you are a registered Mac developer, you can check it out on Mac Dev Center.
