The feature regarding the ability to sync Safari tabs between different devices was promised in OS X Mountain Lion.
However, that feature was not actually found in the their early build. A reporter from Mac World reported:
And although I couldn’t find this feature in the version I tested, Apple says that Mountain Lion will bring the ability to sync Safari tabs to iCloud, so your open browser tabs can sync between Macs.
Perhaps now, the anticipated features seem to be implemented in the Developer Preview 2 that was released last weekend.
It is believed that the feature can sync open tabs between Macs and iOS devices and provide you with a relatively seamless browsing experience across devices.
