Apple Will Open Stores In Chinese Cities Where iOS Devices Are Made

Apple store Shanghai

On Wednesday, 6 June 2012, Reuters reported today that Apple will expand its current five-store presence in China to the industrial cities of Chengdu and Shenzhen.

Interestingly, both of those cities are where Foxconn produces (or has produced) iPhones and iPads.

China has always been a significant market for Apple due to is large population and thus, a large consumer base.

It would be interesting to see how Proview reacts to this act of Apple.
