Apart from launching iTunes Store music and movie content in twelve new Asian countries, Apple has also begun selling the Apple TV in some of of these markets.
A review of Apple’s online stores for the Asian region reveals that now Apple TV is available in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam.
Apple TV is not available in Philippines, Taiwan, and Thailand.
The other five countries that received new iTunes Store content (Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Macau, and Sri Lanka) do not have dedicated Apple online stores. Apple is offering Apple TV in these countries through resellers.
