Google CEO confirmed the search deal with Apple

The recent news about Google and Apple extended search deal shows Google CEO Eric Schmidt confirming the deal with Apple.

The above reports reveals that Google is likely to remain the default search engine on Safari on both Mac OS X, Windows and iOS devices. Even the Microsoft also has a deal with Apple and Bing is now one of the options available on Safari browser on Apple iOS. Anyhow Google remains the default search engine though
Schmidt further said that Google considers Microsoft to be their primary rival at the moment especially with the growing popularity of their Bing search engine. At present also Apple remains their important partner and they along with Facebook are long term rivals.

Is always welcome when the giant tech companies comes forward and where the users can benefits the most.
