A recent new research study provides that iPad and other Apple products are fast becoming the top choice with college students. Not only that even four schools at California district adopted iPad instead of the traditional notebooks.
According to Hudson Square Research, a recent study of college students and found the iPad is holding its own against the much cheaper Kindle and while other Apple products are growing in popularity with the university set. The iPad and the Kindle each captured a 48% share of the students who owned e-readers, and Apple’s cut of the computers purchased in the last three months rose to 38% from 32% one year ago.
One of the most impressive and least surprising is about the iPod, which accounts for a whopping 95% of the MP3 players students brought back to school.
