Who wants to know about playing Poker on an iPhone? Do you?
Presenting you a World series of poker and apps for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.
Here are some of the free poker games app and also paid app. I believe you will enjoy going through this app. Please note that the app are placed randomly and not according to ranking or others.
Zynga Live Poker (free)
For me this is the best poker app available from the App store. The app is absolutely free, connects to your Facebook or MySpace account and rock bottom you against live players.
On the downside; To be frank you are only playing for mock -up and sing one’s own praises.
Lets come to the software part – Zynga Live Poker software are pretty decent
but on the other hand i would rather comprise on pretty graphics and speed up the game play, as each hand takes forever to play out.
The good things about this app is that it is available in many different versions. Well if you pay for it, you get a lot of free chips and the ability to play tournaments. If you can’t able to hold the pay chips then better stick to the free version.
MegaPoker Online (free)
MegaPoker Online is an exciting online poker game for iPhone and iPod Touch. The app allows you to play live poker with real, living, breathing people across the net via 3G/WiFi/EDGE. The app supports up to 10 players per table and Mega Poker is quite similar to to Zynga app.
When we say the app is similar to Zynga app then it only makes sense if we closely compare the two apps. in short MegaPoker Online has fewer players then Zynga app and not as smooth running of an interface.
Tim’s Tourney Timer ($1.99)
The app is nicely done. The app does exactly what a tourney timer to do. The app main features displays time, small and big blinds, next blinds, round, total time, and antes.
The tournament time continues even if the application is not active , so please go ahead and check your e-mail, search Safari and the timer will keep on tickin. You also can create custom profiles with a dozen custom settings each. But unfortunately the timer alarm won’t sound unless the app is actually on the screen. Make sure to do the needful.
The Tim’s Tourney is not free like the above two app but is worth having in your iDevice if you like Poker game.
Heads Up Free
Lets make things simple, Heads Up app is funky, groovy but the only problem is you can’t play it unless you have another person in the room with an iPhone (or Touch) with the program on the same wireless network.
The app even won an award as ‘Best App Ever’Casino Games. The gameplay is simple and polished touch controls that keeps the mechanics of the game simple and delightful.
Don’t think too much about this app – Heads Up is worth trying and even more it is free app.
Many poker sites offer full-featured play from inside a standard web-browser. Luckily in case of iPhone, the device is equipped with Safari but still there is more to be add.
For playing poker in web-browser , many use Adobe Flash as their framework and that means that you must have a supports of Flash.
All thanks to jailbreaking because Flash was made available to iPhone ( First).
