Prediction: Apple event to see new product launches

The Apple’s annual media event has been in the lime light for more than a month now; and we have heard and read of so many different rumors. Which one is true and which are not, nobody knows except for Steve jobs. Apple always makes a point to keep the launches of any device or anything regarding the media event a secret.

Well the Apple’s media event which is going to take place today is a big event for all the Apple enthusiasts who love and cherish just about anything concerned to Apple or its products.

Out of all the rumors that we have heard from the past few days, we have selected a few which we predict will be the key focus of this year’s event

A new iPod touch: An iPod touch with a Retina display, front and back facing cameras for Face Time support.

 A revamped iTV: An iTV if launched would cost $99, with stream content from the Web (including Netflix), ability to run iOS apps, feature a touch-sensitive controller.

The 6G iPod nano: rumors of a third-generation nano that would be launched

iTunes 10: the event is also rumored to see a new version of the iTunes.

Streaming/TV rentals: it’s also believed that Apple would stream TV shows for 99 Cents  

Of course, there are plenty more rumors, like an updated version of iLife, updates to Apple’s pro media apps, a seven-inch iPad etc. This year’s media event is full of rumors, and Apple enthusiasts have a lot of expectations from the event.
