The iPhone Dev Team quietly released a new update to RedSn0w. RedSn0w 0.9.13dev2 aims to address issues with SSH and app crashes that some users were experiencing.
The developer versions of RedSn0w are for developers who wish to jailbreak their iOS 6 beta installations. Since this version of RedSn0w does not install Cydia, SSH access is imperative, and hence, the fix for the users experiencing difficulties.
As written on Dev Team’s Blog:
Update #1: The “dev2” version should fix the various SSH problems and crashes with apps that some have been seeing.
