Steve Jobs Immortalized In Hungary
Steve Jobs passed away in October 2011 and his admirers all over the world paid tribute to him.
Some Bulgarian students voted for the name of their school to be changed to Steve Jobs.
Now in Hungary, Steve Jobs has been immortalized in the form of a statue.
The statue had been commissioned by Graphisoft founder and chairman Gabor Bojar and sculpted by Hungarian sculptor Erno Toth.
Bojar unveiled the statue in Budapest, Hungary earlier today. The bronze statue stands near Graphisoft’s corporate entrance. In 1980s Apple supported Graphisoft’s ArchiCAD architectural software.
Many see this gesture of unveiling the statue as a token of thanks to Apple from Graphisoft. It said that you may forget how many people you have helped and how. But the people you have helped would never forget you and your way of helping them.
