I can say that Apple has the highest number of customers satisfaction plus they also like their device. Without any doubt we can say, Apple know how to keep the customers satisfied, and the iPad has boosted the company’s already-high scores with American consumers.
The survey taken by The American Customer Association Index shows Apple easily held on to the top spot, even increasing its lead by four points, giving the company a whopping nine point lead over the next competitor. The Apple products user feedback’s and review has also lot to do with the rise of the ranking.
According to CNBC’s, Jon Fortt, “the iPad, even at this early stage, pulled up Apple’s overall numbers which makes it the highest-scoring product Apple has, and therefore the highest-scoring product ACSI has ever tracked.”
In the past many have criticized Apple products and now this survey can keep the rivals opinion at bay.
