Apple has spent an estimated $100 million dollars on the lawsuits it has filed against Android products. However, it seems that results from the court victories like the recent International Trade Commission (ITC) court victory over HTC do not yield those results for Apple that Apple expects.

Apple has won a lawsuit against HTC. This victory for Apply could force HTC to stop selling its Android phones in the United States. The United States International Trade Commission has ruled that HTC was infringing on an Apple patent that effected HTC Android devices running Android 1.6 to 2.2.
