Google and Apple have been named in a lawsuit that is related to the use of Google Maps’ Street View on the iPad and iPhone.

The company had filed a complaint in Wilmington and seeking to approach a court in Wilmington. Declaring the status of Caller ID disputed, Cequint wants to prevent Apple from using this technology.
