Verizon Expands 4G LTE Across Ten California Markets

4G LTE

Verizon is rapidly covering US with 4G LTE while the rest of the carriers are desperately playing to catch up.

Verizon’s prices maybe high but at least they are putting that money to work.

Last weekend, Verizon announced it will be expanding its 4G LTE reach in ten California markets as well as Reno, Nevada within the coming weeks.

3G will soon be a thing of the past for those living in Bakersfield, Fresno, Modesto, Monterey, Sacramento, Salinas, San Francisco, San Louise Obispo, Stockton and Visalia.

Do you live in any of these cities? Are you excited to see 4G LTE in your city? Share your thoughts and expectations with us.

  1. These cities listed do not make sense why they’d get 4G LTE as compared more metropolitan cities like Los Angeles, San Jose, San Diego. SF & Sac is still a better choice to upgrade the network for instead of farm cities like Bakersfield, Fresno, Modesto, Monterey, Salinas, Stockton and Visalia.
Don’t get what these companies are thinking abt when making such changes.
