According to the New York Post, Apple is currently in negotiations to launch an iTunes subscription service for iPad, iPhone and iPad Touch with tiered pricing from $10 to $15 per month. The model seems to be similar to that of the Zune Pass that is an all-you-can-eat plan for a monthly fee
Rumors are going on that Apple is planning to offer multimedia as well as music, and create a “locker” where users can store all their media content that can be accessed from computer, iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch. If the things take place then it can eliminate the need for storage on individual devices and make it harder to “lose” content.
These can be another reason behind the delay of iTunes subscription service.
